Refund Policy
Returns on Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our products (snacks and food items), we do not accept returns. For health and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned to us once they have left our facility.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us at diego@tutyus.com within [7] days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method for valid claims.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
